I had an awesome teacher named Richard. My school was on an alley and each room was named after a city. I had class in New York. There was also Paris and London. There was a courtyard in the middle. Did you know on Wednesdays, kids in France don’t have school?
I practiced the test for Math and Reading and worked on writing.
Veronique, my other teacher and Richard’s wife taught me some French words. I learned numbers, colors, food and how to say I am an American and My parents names are.
Bonjour means Hello.
Merci means Thank you.
J’amaple means My name is.
Je t’aime means I love.
Au revoir means Goodbye.
Bonsoir means hello at night.
Poulet means chicken. I know that from getting lunch here.
