We went to Sete for lunch. We would have taken the train, but they don’t run as much as the week and I needed to be back by 4:30 for my call. We took a taxi and got to see the vineyards and farms on the way. We saw pink flamingoes in the old salmon fields. They are called flamant roses. It didn’t take a long time to get there.
We walked on the cliffs of the sea. I have never seen the Mediterranean Sea before. It was so blue.
I collected stones and shells to bring home. We walked into the town along the canals and found a place to eat. It was a fun adventure.
We found a place with treats and I got the best caramel.
A really friendly man drove us back to Montpellier in his taxi. He spoke a little English and taught us a few words. He was listening to sports on the radio.
